Well just back from my weigh-in and it went well i started at 17 st 9 and when i went to day im now 16st 5, did not think i lost that much, im trilled :D:D:D:D:D
im on day 3 and to be honest i could not stomack the chicken soup and was dreading dinner time, but i changed them today 4 the chocolate one and now i dont mind it, and when im getting hungry i start sippin on my water bottle till it goes away
hey were not all girlies lol, i started on LT yesterday and today was waaaaaay harder then yesterday, but ya have to take each hunger pain at a time and this is day 2 over, so if i can make it to day 3 anyone can just gotta take 1 craving at a time
ya i blend it to but then goes all frothy lol and there is no way in hell you would be drink it in 15 mins will try the pepper tomorrow and let ya know
Sorry if this is a repost but can someone pls pls pls tell me is there anything i can do to make the soup palatable,i could not drink it tonight because it was just horrible im on the verge of bringing it back 4 the choc
