    Su, i'm planning on changing from lipotrim to the Cambridge around half way through whilst in ketosis. Don't think I could stomach vanilla chocolate strawberry all the way through! Hope your feeling better.

    Believe it's linked with the body being in starvation mode and trying to conserve as much energy as possible. Hot cup of mint tea always helps.

    Hello all, Day 5 so far and so good, but can somebody please help in clarifying whether i'm allowed to drink earl grey tea? I thought it was fine as it was a black tea but have read that it contains bergamot which is an extract of orange:confused:

    Thank you for the encourging words guys. Scarymovie i've been substituting still water with sparkling which I reckon has helped in getting over short term hunger pangs and gives a more fuller feeling for a few days before entering into ketosis.
