    Chicken Style Fillets 3.5 each - used to be free :( but very yummy so worth it in my opinion Frozen chicken style burgers are free-havent tried yet, but do have a pack in freezer so will report back :) Veggie mince chilled is free Burgers 8 pack 1 syn each Meat style balls 300g 2 syns

    My Green shopping favourites are: Mugshots (ususally on offer for 5 for £2 at Asda), own brand pasta (Sainsburys/Tescos do a 500g bag of penne for 9p!), passata & fat free natural yogurt (for pasta bakes), batchelors rice are really nice too & its worht checking out Tescos Meat Free range...

    Probably some pasta bake type concoction - have pasta, passata, a yellow pepper & onions knocking about that need to be used :)

    In know exactly how you feel, i have also dabbled with various diets recently, and re-joined SW last week 11lb heavier than when i joined at the end of last year. My first weigh in is tomorrow and i must admit after a few months of pretty excessive binge eating i do feel good to just being back...
