Hi! I've been looking at the back of my book and I've seen that things like brown bread, light cereal bars are synned... Do you count these syns if you are using them as HEX Bs??? Sorry if this question is extremely obvious / has been answered a million times before, I am still v. new at this...

Well it was very interesting! My consultant seems quite nice and there's a good mix of people (mostly women) of different ages. Being around so many new people at once was a bit daunting (I'm quite shy) but I'm really looking forward to starting tomorrow. Thanks for all the help in this thread x
