    its absolutely fine in the quiche, you can't really taste it as cottage cheese once mixed with the other ingredients and cooked off; I love it :)

    Boiled Gammon joint

    I do my gammon joints either in the slow cooker or roasted in the oven (dry-roasted I never add anything to it); I like it done both of these ways - great served with home made chips and peas or corn on the cob :-)

    Cous cous?

    Even though flavoured ones are synned, they are nice and filling for a lunch - I usually have half of a made up pack. I always check the syn value but on average they are very low, only 1/2 to 2 syns so I think its worth it! I mix with cooked chopped bacon and onion - lovely hot or cold :-)

    I drink atleast the recommended 2.25l of water and in addition have black coffee or peppermint tea at work. I struggle with cold water tho and prefer mine atleast room temp ;-)
