    Right, i have a question.

    I dont always have 1/3 of the plate full but i make sure i have enough in the recipe, I put mushrooms and onions in most things!!! If i dont have it on the plate i have a bowl of fruit after or as snacks!!! More superfree i have the better the weight loss!! Hope that helps!!

    @mrs Davies!! Do you still pay & weigh being pregnant?? I'm due to start trying for a baby soon & wondered if I would keep going when I fall pregnant!! Just not sure I could pay to get weighed & put on!! I think I'd rather save the money for the baby!! How do you feel??

    I do Zumba classes twice a week!! I also rarely go over 10 syns a day!! If I need a big push I look at super speed fruit!!     Extra Easy Grab & Go Breakfasts & Lunches

    I have Dorset cereals porridge!! I have apple & sultana flavour, it is a HE B choice if made with water & it only takes 2 minutes to cook in the microwave!! ;)

    Pineapple

    It's superfree so no need to worry!! It is also a speed food which is great for a good weight loss!! I'd also have something a bit more filling to keep me going for lunch!! I have a mug shot (chicken or tomato & herb, both free) as well as a load of fruit!!

    I always try to have a third superfree with all meals!! If I had boiled eggs for breakfast, I would also have fruit to make up my superfree! I don't always have it at the same time as there's not always time, so what I do is have them as snacks throughout the morning!! Always find if I'm hot on...

    Curry loaf = 1 packet of curry rice, ( made as packet says) I use asda rice 1 syn per packet! 1 tin of chic pea dahl, 4 beaten eggs!! Mix all together!! Put into loaf tin or bun/muffin tin, spray with fry light first!! Cook in 180 oven loaf 40 mins, buns 15 mins! They become firm when cooked...

    Thursday Weighers

    I lost 2lb of my 4.5lb Crimbo/New Year gain!!! Very pleased as I had been out Friday night, had the most syns on alcohol I'd ever had!! Think making smart choices on syns for the rest of the week helped!!!!
