Well I made it to the weigh in and Aaaaaahh 14st 4.5lbs and that's been exact about it so I would love to get down to about 10st 8lbs so thats the target ladies over the next few months, hope weigh ins all went well xx

Hi can I ask is their anyone on this site doing the nutron advanced diet ?? I am currently doing it, a quick breakdown off it is getting a blood test done to see what foods one is intolerant too and then cutting out these foods for a certain length of time and believe me the weight comes off...

Well I have started back again with weight watchers today after falling off the wagon whilst on it a few moths ago. Full steam ahead my Weigh in is on Thursday mornings. Everybody on here are doing great well done to ye all. Xxx

Well had my third weigh in last night and must say I was totally gutted after having a good week food wise and I even started back walking but when I got up on the scales I was up a half a pound but I am not going to let it keep me down so onwards and upwards. Well actually I know I was bloated...

Don't let it get to you, you will find next week you will have a great weight loss. Us women tend to hold fluid from time to time and that can also hinder weight loss so keep positive you are doing great. Xxxx
