    my WI is between 7.30-8pm I'm at work til about 5 and since i've started i'd always had something before getting weighed because by the time i get home its 9pm however because my weightloss hasn't been great i'm thinking i might just have lunch then maybe a bit of fruit mid afternoon before...

    Yummy free desert.....

    I love the total % greek yoghurt most times i put a little bit of canderel in it, then mix it with chopped bananas and crushed gingernuts - ginger nut(s) depending how much you want being 2.5syns but its a nice taste to the greek yoghurt:)

    ooo cool:) only tried the thai and the chicken & herb but whilst eating them had doubts they were free lol the chicken ones are especially nice if you put cooked chicken in them :D

    Hi, joined SW early january and not really getting the weight loss i expected. I've at least 5stone to loss and my 1st week i lost 2.5pounds, the 2nd week - half a pound. I'm doing more walking and i'm sticking to the plan. just disappointed :( any tips folks?:confused:
