3rd week in with little weight loss:s

    Hi,

    joined SW early january and not really getting the weight loss i expected.
    I've at least 5stone to loss and my 1st week i lost 2.5pounds, the 2nd week - half a pound.
    I'm doing more walking and i'm sticking to the plan. just disappointed :( any tips folks?

    Do you keep a food diary on here? That's a really good way of people being able to see if there's any little fixes that you need to make.

    Also, make sure you drink lots of water.

    Try writing your food diary for today, and we'll have a look for you.

    Sometimes the body is a little slow to react to things so don't give up...it'll all catch up eventually :)

    It might be helpful for you to start a food diary HERE so we can have a nose at what you're eating and see if there's any tips/tweaks etc...

    What plan are you doing, red/green/EE?
