    I just want to live by the sea. Anywhere by the sea or even a weeks holiday by the sea, it is really quite expensive to visit places in britain!!! :cry: we have such a wonderful country.I am not working anymore as I suffer from M.E and benefits not an option as they refuse me so plodding along...

    Hiya Can I join too??? I started 3 weeks ago and I have 50lb to lose. I weigh 15st 8lb and want to get to 12 st, then maybe 11st 7lb. I weigh in on a Saturday at home. I have PCOS so always found it hard to lose weighht, lost 2 lb last week. SW is great, tried WW and wasted money and time...

    Hiya kerry Lou this eating plan is fab!!!:D I have never felt so good on a diet, Good Luck with WI I would recommend this way of eating to anyone. Sally Cinnamon what a weight loss, the first week is usually a big loss but then it tends to slow down. Great result!! XX
