    I like this idea - I struggle with breakfasts as I love bread, and the idea of eggs or beans without seems odd! I wonder if I could grate and prepare the night before to make it easy in the morning when bleary eyed and rushing out the door???

    Back in a Bathing Suit after 7 years...3 Stones Gone FOREVER!

    Amazing! I'm needing to lose 3 1/2 stone (ish) to touch the top of the healthy weight range. I'm expecting it to take me a year, but your post gives me a glimmer of hope that I may be able to do it a little quicker yet still be eating healthily and well - thank you!

    Yes its very confusing! I did some calorie counting last diet I tried and for that you really limited the pasta and rice etc. Yet mugshots are 270 calories and are syn free - how the heck does that work???
