    Soooooooooo, end of week 4 yesterday and I weighed myself yesterday and I was 13 stone 4 pound but had a large meal on Saturday and Sunday. I reweighed myself today and I'm exactly 13 stone:)) nearly breaking into the 12 stone mark:D but can any 1 tell me why this 4 pound differance occured...
