my weekly diary

Hi guys, a new young male here and looking to loose weight in time so summer:)
Here's how I'm doing it: slimming world type diet, and basketball training at my local club.
Basically I started my diet around 3 weeks ago on the 10th january so I weigh myself every Monday.
Here is my progress:
Week 1: -5 pound
Week 2: -4 pound
Week 3: -2 pound as training was off?
I feel I'm doing well and resisting temptations is getting easier:))) on route to 1 stone in 1 month. I'm very determined :D
Oh and I'm 5 foot 9. Starting weight = 14 stone 2 pound, current weight 13 stone 5 pound

anytime! :D and yep it definetly will do! people are just so niceee! :) its great to just even look at different threads and see what people are upto and who has lost weight and how and who hasnt and why and so on and on.... its all interesting and relevant! :cool: and yes, i am a nosy so and so! :eek: :p hehe
Soooooooooo, end of week 4 yesterday and I weighed myself yesterday and I was 13 stone 4 pound but had a large meal on Saturday and Sunday. I reweighed myself today and I'm exactly 13 stone:)) nearly breaking into the 12 stone mark:D but can any 1 tell me why this 4 pound differance occured? Still happy! That's -5 pound anyway. 16 pound in 4 weeks, 14 more to go till my first target weight:))
