    Getting there!

    I've been doin SW now for 6 weeks and I've been losing on average a pound a week. Last week I put on a pound but yesterday lost a pound n half. I'm feelin pretty sluggish about it especially when people are losing 3-4lbs a week. Any tips for a boost? I'm going to try that community weight loss...

    Low Fat less than 1.5% natural yogurt

    A tip from my club was an activia snackpot (fat free) and put half an options hot choc sachet in. This is 2 syns so half would be 1 and leave it to stand for a couple of mins and it's like a thick chocolate pudding.
