I've been doin SW now for 6 weeks and I've been losing on average a pound a week. Last week I put on a pound but yesterday lost a pound n half. I'm feelin pretty sluggish about it especially when people are losing 3-4lbs a week. Any tips for a boost? I'm going to try that community weight loss challenge where u lose weight for charity to see if that'll motivate me. I'm gettin married NYE 2012 and I want to be a slim bride and look nice. Please help x
