    Why oh why oh why Oh dear, why does it happen and why can't I make my mind do what I want???????????? Last night I ate about another 70 syns worth of crap....lots of peanut better, very buttery toast - 4 slices, wine and hot choc. I wasn't even hungry :confused: No more syns all week...
