I'm going to start a food diary while I'm off work and focus on losing that weight! I am trying the EE plan and this is my first week so I'll be learning as I go along. I went out with my sister for lunch and cinema and am quite pleased with myself :)

Breakfast
28g fruit n fibre and soya milk (A/B)

Lunch at Bella Italia
Char Grilled Chicken Breast salad with sauce on the side but didn't eat.
Diet coke

Nothing at all in the cinema

Dinner
Home made quorn chilli and rice
LF Yogurt and fruit

Ok ok I had a chip off my sisters plate :sigh: Count 1 syn?

Am I ok to save my syns for the weekend???

Yes a lot of people seem to save syns for the weekend! Seems to work for them.

Works for some not others. My consultant told me not to do that, but rather if you are allowed 10 syns a day, count down from first day in your weigh week as 70. Its all trial and error really, everyone is different I think. Hope you go on OK

Thanks, I'll give that a go starting tomorrow after my weigh in :)

Today I'm off to visit my son in hospital and I also want to fit the gym in so here's my food diary for today on EE:

Breakfast
Bacon, scrambled eggs and mushrooms - fry lite

Late lunch before gym
All bran and banana/milk A/B

Dinner
Quorn, mushrooms, onion, peppers and a savoury rice
Tinned fruit in juice and lf yogurt

Well I got weighed today and I've lost 4lbs :D

Breakfast
Bacon, egg & mushrooms

Lunch
All bran & banana HEB

Dinner
Dried pasta, stock cube, mushrooms, bacon and FF fromage frais
LF Yogurt & fresh fruit

Soya milk in tea HEA

Going to the gym later too :p Also shopping for dinner tomorrow night as my sis is coming over (she's on WW) for dinner and horror movies.

So today my sister is coming over for dinner, drinks, laughs and scary movies :eek:

My EE plan is:

Brunch
Bacon, scrambled eggs, mushrooms, beans

Gym for 30 mins

Dinner
SW beef stifado (1 syn), roast mediterranean veg & couscous

Est 30 Syns - wine, wine and more wine and some cadbury's mini eggs when watching the horror films

Yep 30 syns yesterday so that leaves me with 75 ;)

Beef stifado (1), med veg
Grapes & lf yogurt

Oops about half a box of fruit n fibre - don't know why wasn't even hungry grrrr. About 30 syns worth I think!

Tea
Hmmmmm I have more stifado or savoury rice and veg

Why oh why oh why

Oh dear, why does it happen and why can't I make my mind do what I want????????????

Last night I ate about another 70 syns worth of crap....lots of peanut better, very buttery toast - 4 slices, wine and hot choc. I wasn't even hungry :confused:

No more syns all week until my WI on Friday and I'm going to the gym every day now to try and make up a bit. But why oh why oh why?????? :tear_drop::tear_drop::tear_drop:

Not sure yet about the gym - will see how the day goes

Was motivated to go to the gym after my new GP looked me up and down and told me I needed to lose weight and that was why I couldn't breathe and had high blood pressure !
