So i eat alot of fruit and i have misplaced my old ww shopping book with the points in, and just wondering if anyone could help with the points of fruit, such as grapes, apple, strawberries, just the basics really? thanks in advance:)

I had it plain with no sauce, basicly it was just plain soft egg noodles chicken and beansprouts.. so on extra easy anyone know how many syns this would be ish? thanks xx

Thankyou, well i had my noodles in hope they arent too high, i seen somewhere about 8 syns. I've tried the 5 bean chilli and didnt really like it which im gutted about as its so low. x

i was thinking of having the thai sweet chilli noodles, as im really fussy. Any one know the syn value for this, with chicken and without on EE?
