    Thanks Rose, that really helps. WW currys are OK, just not the same! Did really well today - on top of the weetabix I've had two rounds of toast and 1 medium chicken breast with a jacket potato with butter. I'm not one for calculating cals but I'm guessing that's only between 1000 - 2000 cals...
