    Trouble mixing the soups!

    I put the powder in a large mug add a small amount of hot water and mix to a paste then gradually add the remaining water whilst mixing all the time.

    You have to be selfish. You are doing this for you and your hubby needs to support you. It's hard enough without having temptation put in your way.

    Slow start

    I have been on the packs now for 4 days. Sticking to it and drinking loads of water however I have just been on the scales and have lost 2 lb. Is this normal as I was hoping for a bit more.

    Im new!

    Hi. I have done LL in the past and had good results however slipped back into old habits so here I go again. Exante shakes and bars are a lot nicer than LL. Good luck.
