Good luck with your diet. You've made the first step which is the biggest in deciding that you need to lose weight and want to do something about it. I'm sure with all the support of the lovely people on this site that you'll achieve your goals. Keep us updated. :)

Heyyy Everyone, I'm new here. I'm starting my diet tomorrow. Due to the job that i do, i wont be able to attend ww or sw classes but i have the books. I was just wondering which diet people would recommend more. Hope to hear from all you wonderful people soon :) xx
