Hi everyone. Braved it out and got on scales Tuesday. Usually go to ww meetings but I've no car these days so have to do it from home for a while. 19 lbs to lose to get back to goal. My first goal is 10lbs. I'd like to get to first goal by 31/03/13.

What's bumf? Is doing it online cheaper? Apart from paying for the meeting I have to drive to it and that costs at least EUR10 as well thanks for your inspiration :-).

They're probably right. I don't do online WW I go to meetings but from what the App is like I can't imagine much more on the online WW. :-)

Hi Carly thanks. It's a great app. You can do your tracking daily/weekly food exercise. It's got lists for eating out. Weight tracker too. The scanner is great. I used to count slice of bread 1.5 pps the scanner says 2. You get to record goals too. Worth the price. :-)

O and I like that it shows remaining daily points on the icon. Ive put it on the front if my iPhone to keep me focused!

:-) and the points for eating out is very handy too. I'm off to the supermarket now looking forward to doing some scanning!!

Yes for sure otherwise if we get a 'snack attack' we'd eat the wrong foods. I find apples help a lot. I was never a fruit eater till I found out most fruit are 0 pps. Ice pops are great too

Best of luck 6 lbs is fab and sounds like you're definitely in for another loss. That's actually a good complaint not having a scales because when trying to lose you really should only weigh once a week and on the same scales. :-)

Hi first let me say you'll have that 1 off in no time and also I made my goal weight in Oct I rem the last 1/2 stone was dreadfully slow I thought I'd never get there. But I did and you will too. I think December is a tough month to lose. :-)

I'm thinking if we had height on our side would we have such a weight issue? I've got 2 tall sisters (5"9 and 5"10) and they're not skinny but they've never been over weight. So it's all our heights fault. Gotta blame something :-)

Congrats on your loss. I think you have to eat a fair amount of your weeklies to have a good loss. Along with your dailies and some exercise. I used most if not all my weeklies most weeks same as dailies exercised most days and made gold in 5 months. Hope this helps :-)

There's a meeting nearer to where I live on Monday. But I prefer Wednesdays especially if I'd a bad weekend it helps to have Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to undo some of the damage. x

Hi All. Today I met one of ww members in my class and she's lost 10 and 1/2 stones. OMG she looks amazing. And she's now in training for a half marathon. I was totally stunned. She's also kept it of now for 10 years. Gives me the motivation to get to goal and keep it off.
