    As long as it's within your points I doubt it. The one thing that might be an issue is any processed food that will usually be high in salt. Salt can often slow things down especially if you're not drinking enough water (which I know I'm not :s)

    not very happy

    Same thing happened to me yesterday Christie... I was so upset, had had a great week and at the gym every day, but if anything I think I'm more motivated because of it as I know if I keep at it, it will be a doubly good result next week. Hang in there!!!
