, I had weight in on Saturday and am down 3lb which is the biggest loss in a long time so very happy with that.
Well done everyone for staying strong, I've also managed to stay away from the crisps and wine etc however I appear to replaces the crisps with chocolate so will see how weigh in goes on sat morning.
Well so far so good, been out with friends for drinks both Friday and Saturday and no wine has passed my lips stuck to diet coke.
Feeling so much better as have had loads better sleep and no hangover.xx
So far so good, big test will be tomorrow as I have half day at work and going out for late lunch with a friend which would normally involve sharing a bottle of wine while catching up.
Have already warned her that I've given it up for lent and if she sees my ordering wine at the bar she has...
Seem to be slowly getting into a routine with everything now
Food for today has been as follows
Breakfast: HEB Porridge made with water and blueberries
Snack: cucumber and tomatoes
Dinner: prawn salad and a satsuma
Snack: small tub of raspberries, strawberries and grapes
Tea; chicken, veg...
So far so good, been shopping with my mum today and seen a few outfits I like been need to be about a stone lighter for them so that's mg goal to keep in might as I have a few hen dos and weddings this year.
Had tea out today and had steamed fish and veg with sweet potato which was very nice...
Don't worry about it too much as you will beat your self up all weekend.
Draw a line under last night and start today with a big health SW breakfast which should help you get back on track.

I weight a sat morning but I had to weight yesterday as I've got to work this week but back to sat next week!
Alcohol is a hard one really as events do come along that you do want to drink at but am going to give it a good go as I didn't do dry January.xx

Your scales will prob be different to the ones at your class!! I lost 4 pounds in my first week n only 1lb the week after!
Don't worry you will have lost some n don't forget you have lost half a stone already which is a top start!!xx
