    Kebabs

    If you get the chicken kebabs that are grilled on skewers over an open fire, there shouldn't be too many syns. Ask them what they marinate them in and request no extra oil when they grill them. Skip the pita bread. Pile on the salad. A girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do... sometimes.

    Fry light taste?

    I've used both the sunflower oil and the butter taste for eggs and they're fine. No chemical taste, but it's NOT as good as frying in butter. Just a matter of getting used to it maybe. Are you using non-stick pans?

    To syn or not to syn...that is the question??

    Our group leader says very often (...every meeting, in fact) that it's important to use your syns. I don't because it just doesn't seem "right". I'm losing but not quickly. Only about 1-2 lbs per week but that's okay with me.

    Help..

    Most chicken kebabs are just chicken chunks cooked over an open grill, like a BBQ. Shouldn't be too bad. A tortilla wrap is usually 3 or 4 ProPoints, depending on type and size. You can ask them to not add any oil or other dressing.
