    Day 2 slim fast! Need advice :)

    Hi I'm on day 2 as well and tbh struggling. Stuck at home with ill child and all I can think about is food. Maybe another cup of coffee..... I drink fizzy water with sugar free squash, makes it easier and I carry a bottle around with me so am always sipping from it. Good luck

    What have you just eaten??

    a really dissapointing prawn in black bean sauce I'd been looking forward to all day - it was grim :cry:, I didnt actually eat it and now I'm eyeing the cupboard hungrily! Must stay calm and dream up something SW friendly :rolleyes:

    out and about

    Some of the M&S sushi roll packs are around 1/2 - 3 syns and are really filling. Jacket potato with beans. I too struggle with days out, esp when everyone else is having ice cream!

    Whats your new SW food discovery??

    Not sure if this has been mentioned but Sainsburys BGTY low fat sausages (think Cumberland?) are only 1/2 syn each and taste nice for low fat sausages!

    Wednesday Weighers

    Have changed my WI day to a Wednesday (from a Monday) for the last 3 weeks, seems to be more motivating - a few days to recover after the weekend (damage limitation) and a few days to concentrate on it before the weekend! Anyhow, lost 2 lbs this week, and am now 1/2 lb off my 1 stone award!

    Disaster at my weekly weigh in

    Oh no, poor you. I'm sure it will come off quickly though. I often find salty processed food can make me retain water and weigh more. I avoid anything like that the night before weigh in. Try eating unrefinded foods this week and lots of superspeed.

    Anyone 12 stones to 11 stones

    Hi everyone I have lost 9lbs now and am at 12stn 5lbs. I sooooo want to be in the 11s by the end of the month, but seem to be only losing around 1lb a week. I do EE, would switching to green help speed things up a bit?
