    Have had a really good weekend! Where we normally have Chinese for tea with several beers - I had pasta and Diet Coke and loved it!

    I have had veg with my tea. But the cheats are a slice of cake, or a choc biscuit etc. I'm still happy with the 3lb weight loss tho. I think your choices are very healthy! Good luck xx

    Weighed in this morn - started DC on Tuesday (but prefer my weigh-in day to be a Saturday). Lost 3lb (and I have cheated every day!) Pretty pleased with that - just hope I canstick to it next week - must say though I am loving the food!

    Hi Valentinis No the meals are not frozen - they are in packets similar to Dolmio packets - which you just place in the microwave. Was shocked at the size of the porridge/granola packets though - but surprisingly they are filling!

    I have been on DietChef for 3 days - liked all the meals so far! Soups - Tomato, veg & chicken & thyme. Meals - pasta bolognaise, mushroom stroganoff and just about to try sausage casserole. Biscuits are very yummy! Strawberry porridge a bit sweet but very edible! :angeldevil: Still finding...
