    I love the tomato & herb one with fried onion and chicken mixed in it and the cheese and broccoli one with fried onions and chopped lean bacon! Both very filling and the tomato one lovely cooled down as a salad!

    Finally after 3 weeks of non motivation and STS, I've more or less stuck to plan this week and got back to zumba class and lost 2.25 lb :D Hopefully this will get me back on track again and out of the wee ditch i'd climbed into!!!

    Aw hun don't beat yourself up about it! There could be a number of reasons for the gain! I've gained 1/2 lb this week again but I know I haven't been 100% this week! I'm gonna start afresh today cause that's 2 weeks in a row I've gained and it does feel horrible!! Gonna try some red days...

    It's a sweet onion relish made by branstons or Sainsbury's do their own brand aswell. Most of the supermarkets do it and it only works out at 1 syn per tablespoon! It's delish!! I must look out and see if there's any recipies for something similar (maybe syn free) cause I'm addicted to the...

    Thanks to this site I just discovered cous cous aswell!! I knew it existed I just didn't know what to do with it!! I made it up with chicken stock and added chicken and a tablespoon of sweet onion relish and it was delicious!! Will definately try more with it!!

    Wii fit

    I'm using the wii (mainly the dancing games) to exercise and I weigh in at home on a Monday morning! With 2 young children it's hard to get to classes but my sister in law goes to both sw class and body combat class so she keeps me right ;)
