hi guys, after trying every other diet out there, i think its about time that i committed to this one! have got a meeting with a consultant tomorrow, though i will not be starting the diet until after the 27th..mainly due to the fact that i have a big night out planned for the OH's birthday next...
started 4 weeks ago, lost 6.5lbs up to this week, then put on 1.5lb! i havent changed anything about the diet etc, but i have been walking on average 5 miles a day to and from work, could this be the reason ive suddenly gained??:sigh:
