haha I would hate that! after all that work trying to lose it I'd be gutted if u couldn't see a difference lol. I wouldn't spend loadsa money on dieting.. sure it can't be that different to tesco & slimfast?! xx

that is awful!! nurses are suppose to help! have you googled other types of contraception? I think docs try and get you in n out ASAP and can't be bothered to try and help when it comes to contraception! x
