    Veg paella from latest mag, v flavoursome other half loved it I found it a bit rich after a while but nice non the less, would b lovely maybe with some chicken or prawns :-)

    Chilli, tomato and prawn linguine

    I added 1tbsp capers with chilli garlic & onion in food chopper then fried off b4 adding passata & seasoned lovely sauce & versatile too :-)

    How about stuffed with Philly light & wrapped in bacon? Someone at my class made a coq au van I think off the SW website, there was some wine in but the syns were low Hope that's some help! X

    I'm fairly new to SW (3 weeks in) never done it before & iv heard mixed reviews about some of the curry recipes. I used to love my take away curry (tikka, pasanda, korma) along with the other half, I'd like to make some yummy curries for a curry night that's SW friendly xx

    Sounds awful! Im only in my first few weeks of SW but I have noticed that I am drinking more DC without realising, think I'll make an effort to reduce my intake & force down some squash! Glad ur headaches have subsided! Xxx

    I love diet coke too but only really drink it in the evenings (couple of glasses) and as a mixer with spirits on a weekend (so quite a bit more) I'm interested as to why people are complaining about headaches? Is DC giving you a headache or stopping drinking it has? I don't know if I should cut...

    Mushroom & lentil loaf

    Never cooked with lentils before... This was lovely! Will def make again & will be on look out for tinned lentils next time. Would b interested in any other (SW friendly) similar recipes anyone has to share :-) x

    7 Syn Pizza

    I've made these a few times before starting SW as an experiment in the kitchen when I fancied a pizza, they are really filling & will save u money on takeaways! OH likes them too so I try & do half & half on the toppings so we can mix & match, feels like a real treat! Yum

    What do you do with alpen light bars??

    I just micro'd choc & fudge alpen light bar in a ramekin for 20 secs & used back of spoon to push down base, thinly sliced banana & dollop of low fat custard nom nom. I didn't heat cust or bananas though & biscuity base stays nice & warm
