    yep - good to know. I have on occasions had 2 shakes in a day...but this has not made my weight loss increase - we're told three for a reason i guess!

    Yep...go with the tetras if you're not keen on the sachets....also the bars...one of them a day and the tetras. Has got me throught the diet...10lb to go!

    Still on my mission!!

    Well....lost the plot a little - weekend away with friends and tried to stay on the plan but got tempted and gave in! Am now eating healthily on stage 5 of the plan (1500 cal) - food tastes amazing and I don't need or want the portion sizes I used to have. Holiday in 4 weeks and only 8lb left...

    Nearly there!!!

    Had to share - 10lb left until target weight. I'm so chuffed with myself!! I've just gone up to 810 - had my first meal in 12 weeks!! (taught myself how to use a knife and fork again ;) ) It's been a bit of a challenge at time but well worth it!!! Cambridge has worked for me - stick with it...

    Starting 810 tomorrow

    Good luck with it! Don't be nervous - it's a diet that works! You'll get the results if you want them. I'm now on week 11 of sole source.....looking forward to 810 soon....i get to use a knife and fork!! wooohooooo ;)

    It is a diet followed by thousands and thousands world wide - if it was that bad...don't you think we would all have known about it by now? Look at the forums...it's a tough going diet sometimes, but I would probably say that most have had amazing results if the diet is stuck to. It's so worth...

    How many bars a day?

    I've been told only one bar a day by my CDC - she wouldn't let me have any in my first two weeks - they do have more carbs in them...they are sooo nice tho :-(

    You need to drink to shrink!! flushes out all bad toxins and helps you lose weight! Keep drinking the water!!

    Bit dissapointed

    Over a stone in 2 weeks? that is an amazing loss!!! Stick to the plan and you won't be disappointed. My losses go up and down...last week i lost 1lb the week before 5lb - it all evens out eventually. Keep going...You'll get there!!

    Definitely measure out the water correctly and use a hand blender....makes it a bit thicker. All of them are quite sweet - even the original.

    Being cold

    senokot max strength make me gain?

    I don't think so as my cdc said I could take it - however she said you're better off with physllium husks regularly instead - buy them at Holland and Barrett - just bought them today so lets hope they work!

    what do you do with your packs?

    Hello! My first post and on week 3 of the diet. Have been on SS all along. Can't get on with the soups, but have a porridge for breakfast and a tetra pack or bar for lunch.
