Hiya i started last week. found the first three day easy been thinking about food to much over the weekend. then had my first weigh in today and lost 9 lb so i am more focused. i want to lose another 16lb so ill be on here looking for support to. x
Hi new on here so not sure how to go about the post. i have been putting aside 4lites of water in the fridge, i have a small bottle that i keep filling up. wich is better than a big one as its a bit overwelming.
