Oh c'mon the Go Compare ads have to be the most annoying. My dad was overjoyed when ge got sky+ fitted because he realised he could pause and then zip thro those at 30 times speed LOL

I went to a swimming pool a few weeks ago, and it had a jacuzzi as part of the main pool. I got in and enjoyed the lovely bubbles, but as I got out I was aware that a group of teenage boys were laughing at me. Just thinking of that spurs me on :-(

I must start doing proper measurements with a tape. Did that last time and kept a log, that was a good incentive as I saw the inches go. Maybe better to measure in cm so the numbers go more quickly ;-)

Yes my family live in Suffolk and it's so dry there! When we have had rain they've had none. I'm back on Atkins as it worked so well for me before. It was great to meet people I hadn't seen for a few months and see the look on their faces. I was 2/3 of the woman I am now! I just want that back again.

Hi all, just to say I'm new and started my second go at losing a big lot of weight! Last lost 5 stone in 2003-4, then had a surprise DS no. 3 in 2005 & the weight has piled back on. Need to shift it as I'm 40 now!
