    Hey :) My best tip is to track everything even if you eat naughty food ! When you go out for a meal go for the healthier option it's hard to watch people eat the lovely naughty food but it will only last for roughy 15 mins then it's all over ! And the feeling when you go home feeling good...

    Hey kelli My tip too you is too become addicted to tracking everything you put in your mouth. Enjoy sitting down in the evening and writing your food diary out. I some times slip when I don't have my diet food so make sure you keep stocked up ! Have your own cupboard with your little treats...

    Fruit Juice and Diet Coke?

    Diet drinks don't affect your daily pro points allowance, but some fruit juices do :) although fruit i's now 0 points could make your own fruit juice :) this i's on ww sorry but anyway lol
