My weight stayed the same for 3 weeks, it really did my head in - I perservered as I knew it would come off eventually and then I lost 3lb, but this week I lost nothing again!
I do 3 zumba classes a week and have just taken up running, so I'm hoping its muscle I'm gaining, because the scales won't shift!! xx
Yeah it's strange ay, i enjoy exercising for the fact you know your getting fitter and you can't eat while your exercising hehe !
Most diets say you don't loose weight i'f you don't eat all your points or under eat maybe because we are exercising our bodies need more food and we are under eating as i never eat the points i earn through exercising ! Do you ?
