my week was very similar to yours lilaloves, i lost 1lb. had been preparing myself for a 2lb gain!!! had an awful week but managed to get in lots of exercise, so think that done the trick!
the word 'skinny' is so deceptive! definately not worth the syns! i always have peppermint tea at starbucks, its yummy and it doesn't scream I'M ON A DIETTTTT!!

I saw in the Slimming World magazine for the past couple of months that Fry Light do two types of salad dressing, I think it is balsamic and ceasar. Does anyone know where I can get my hands on some??:)
