    tofu You can also make pancakes....a tablespoon or two of silken tofu mixed with an egg...i think if you blend it it might mix better but still delicious.

    tofu I also use the medium or soft tofu to make a dessert...blend the tofu, cinnamon and a little rose water with sweetner and cool in fridge. Another way is a packet of tofu with a packet of sugar free jelly blended in a mixer and chilled.

    psyllium husks Hi Jo, re Psyllium...just to say you can buy it in indian shops in the uk for around 99p. i did use it but found it made me stall so started using it rarely. it does work though.

    An update: I have been having quite a bit of tofu and so far it has not affected my weight loss, so hopefully it is classed as a protein.

    Hi,what i do is cube it and dry fry it with sliced mushrooms, add fresh grated ginger and garlic, some lemon juice and chilli flakes, when the mushrooms and tofu are brown i add a sachet of miso soup and some water. It is quite delicious.

    Hi, I just joined yesterday, and was thinking of giving up smoking too. I have been on Dukan for a week and I don't know if it is best to finish the diet first, or combine both. Any tips would be a great help. Thanks, Londoner1
