    So I assessed the holiday damage this morning, I put on 3lbs! : ( well I guess all those course meals and wine did add up. Back on it now, hoping for a loss next week. Good luck to everyone else today!

    Hi, had wi today I usually do Thursday but am away with work tonight so did a day early, lost 2lbs! Am v happy. Might treat myself to a glass of wine tonight. Fingers crossed for Sat! X

    I'm sure you can do it! I've not been the best either, we had a wrong delivery of jelly sweets in the office which we were told we could keep - it was a box of gummy bears meant for the pick & mix!.. 'a couple' turned into several handfuls over the course of the afternoon. Will be good tomorrow...

    I'm sure it will and you don't want to starve yourself because you'll feel deprived, when I do that, that's when I get fed up and go and eat a massive bag of crisps and some chocolate : ), when I allow myself a bit when I fancy it and count them as syns I tend to stay on track more. X

    Good luck with everything, I've lost weight on sw but sts for nearly 5 weeks now! I just lost motivation and went off plan quite a few times. Am back on it now though and determined to lose that last half stone!

    Hi, am exactly the same as suzienoz, spooky! Started at 10st6 lowest have been in 9st6 am 9st7 at the moment. Aim to get to 8st12 soon. Am off on my hols at the end of next week so am sticking to ss foods this week to see if I can shift a couple of pounds before getting in the dreaded bikini!

    Well done! I'm also on sw, I put on 4lbs last week because I went totally off plan but back on it now so fingers crossed for this week. Also have a sweet tooth, I find cadburys fudge and curly wurlys good cos they are lower syns than most choc bars.

    Ok, so I weighed in this morning to see the damage the sweets I had last week did (and a LOT of alcohol at a wedding), I put on 4lbs :( my own fault I know, am determined to do sw 100% this week! How is everyone else getting on?
