    Will this affect ketosis

    I agree with all the rest and also based on my experience, you'll be fine. Just make sure to not start eating (thinking that you are now off ketosis) but move on strongly.

    Has anyone missed a shake and noticed the weight slow up?

    Ditto on this. I'm at the end of day 9 and starving, not to mention tired most of the time!!!! The last time I did this the hunger was totally gone by day 4, and was full of beans, doing an hour's cardio at the gym and all. This time round, even merely staying up past 9pm is a chore :cry:

    New to forum - 6 weeks in on Lipotrim TFR

    I started my second phase of LT yesterday. I'm 70kgs and want to get down to 55kgs too. When I first did LT, I was ALWAYS watching the food network. I found that comforting for some strange reason:rolleyes:. Once I was in ketosis and not hungry anymore, I also found making dinner for friends...

    Yes, I use listerine total, but she stated that I ONLY need to use listerine original. I was like yeah ok....:) I may buy the original one once the one I have is finished, but I absolutely love my total.

    I was strictly told not to use salt by my pharmcaist too. But then again, she told me not to use some type of mouth wash as it will make me not reach ketosis :rolleyes:

    Congratulations on your loss. That is way more than average. I haven't had a ketosis test as well, but I don't really mind. So long as I'm not hungry and I can see/feel the wight loss then I'm good to go ;)

    Thanks Shivie, cant wait for the weigh in tomorrow too. I also nearly forgot to take my shake at lunchtime- I was so not hungry. As I'm afraid of skipping the shakes (thinking that I may start feeling hungry) I had to take one at 4pm and another one 2 hrs later just to to have the 3 per day...
