I have a bread maker which makes the yummiest bread but obviously it doesn't always come out as the same weight each time and is harder to measure. Does anyone know how many grams of whole meal bread you can have as a HEB? then I can measure the amount that way! Thanks

I get a veg box and this week I got some rhubarb in it. The only recipes I can think of are really sweet and sugary dishes like rhubarb crumble, rhubarb and custard etc. so if anyone's got any recipes to fit in with the slimming world diet then that'd be great :) thanks x

Thank you I'm on the extra easy plan I like the plain one but I'm a sucker for the flavoured ones, they're well scrummy! Does anyone know how many syns they would be? I especially like the garlic and herb one and the chives one :) they're still light though rather than full fat.
