Thanks James we have family including 1 year old grandson staying Friday to Monday - really looking forward to it as they live in Glasgow and we are in Southsea so we don't see them often enough!

I lost 3lbs this week - was really chuffed - heavy socialising weekend coming up - so as long as I maintain next week I will be pleased - have planned SW meals for sat night and Sunday evening so just Friday night and Sunday lunch out to contend with and a glass or two of el vino!

Hi Slimming world worked for me last time but I stopped and put it all back plus 2 more! I like it because you don't have to count calories or weigh and measure very much - good luck
