Not really sure... I drank 1 litre at work but didn't measure how much I drank at home but it was definitely at least another litre. Going to make sure I drink 2 in work tomorrow!!

Just watched my Hubbie finish off a big dirty Chinese with wine while slurping a chocolate shake... And not tempted at all cos I went for my weigh in today and am 4lbs down! Yay! Made up for my dismal 1lb last week.
