    Starting today!

    Well so far so good! I'm managing to get up in the mornings for a bit of excersise and I feel I'm doing well on the calorie front. It's starting to feel like I'm eating too much haha. Guess I've just got used to different portion sizes?? Feeling really optimistic today :D

    Calorie Surprises

    For me it's nuts...although they're obviously high in fat and therefore calories. But when I weigh out a 15g portion of walnuts I only get about 5 halves!

    Sounds like a good idea, perhaps a walk to the shop for a choccy bar would work a couple of those cals off!! Good luck, don't let that sweety isle tempt you! Will be writing my list tomorrow morn :)

    Thanks Jude. It's hard isn't it, it's like well I want it now and I can't have it tomorrow if it's not there! I figure if I keep it out of the house I won't have so many crazy binges. Food shopping tomorrow will be a challenge!!

    So getting back on the wagon was actually easier than expected...staying on it is another thing haha. Thanks for the support guys!
