Official weigh day is Mondays. I know that in theory if I'm eating less I should weigh less. I won't give up, i was hoping that this week I would have lost the first stone and get into thd next stone bracket. But I'll keep at it as something has got to move :)
I've stayed the same for the past 5 days!! Where am I going wrong. I'm doing 3 packs plus one meal. I'm drinking 2.25 litres of water, a can of coke zero, and a 3-4 cups of coffee each day. I'm getting frustrated at this :(

Just started atkins and i'm a little confused already. On nutritional information, do i use the carbohydrate figure or the Carbohydrate of which sugars figure.
Also why can't i have citric acid?
