    I'm doing this with some of the girls at work and I'm the only one with scales. I left them at work last night and I don't work Thursdays so no weigh in for me either. I'm fretting about my reduced sugar and salt ketchup I had last night with my burgers!!!!!!

    Starting on Monday October 31-Need a buddy

    Hi dantan, I started on Monday too. I lost 1.5 on day 1 and another 2.5 yesterday so very pleased so far, cant imagine I can continue to lose at this rate! Am I allowed reduced sugar ketchup with my burgers tonight?
