    Hi, thurs is my weigh day i lost 2lb! yay! so happy to be back on track now. 4 more lb to my 3 stone award. My start weight was 20st 4lb im now 17st 8lb. Feelin Good! ;-)

    syn value for essences

    hi i found a nice recipe for christmas pud ice cram in an old SW mag it says to put 2 tbsp of rum in i was wondering if i could lower the syn value using rum or brandy essence but cant seem to find them anywhere, anyone have any ideas how may syns they are? thanks in advance.x
