    hi i'm Mary, ive been on SW since this time last year, i was going great guns and had lost nearly 3 stone, ive been up and down lately, messing about with the same 7lb for about the last 6 weeks, i could kick myself, i was doing so well, my weigh in day is a thursday lunchtime, i didnt go to group last week, i know i'd have gained but i did get right back on the plan, im hoping for a maintain at the very least this week, my wii-fit board has never seen so much daylight! Onwards and upwards from now on, thats just a bit about me and why i decided to join this forum, i need the ocassional kick up the bum just like we all do, i hope to give advice as wel as get advice, we're all in this together!:)
