    Which meal would you choose??

    I went yesterday & had the gammon with pineapple and jacket potato. I HE'd the pineapple as its tinned rings & the jacket was a little dry so I treated myself to a tablespoon of sour cream (2ish syns). It was lovely and filling plus no salad in sight :o)

    Wow - fab doner kebab recipe, tastes like the real thing!!!

    I made this last night and it was amazing! Syned some lean lamb mince and I'm glad I did as it had a real doner kebab taste. Made with wholemeal pitta as my B for the day and shredded cabbage, red onion, cucumber & tomato, chilli & garlic sauce and actifry chips.

    Culinary Flops!!

    I made the chocolate mousse from the SW website and it was horrible! If something is only 1 syn and supposed to be a nice pud then it's doubtful it will be! To put it in to context, even my teenager and cats wouldn't touch it and they will eat ANYTHING ?

    Please help

    I have been making lots of scrummy food with super free foods. EG chilli or spag bol full of veggies. When you do this is the 1/3 of a plate extra on top of this or can you include all the veggies in your food as part of your 1/3?

    I've been on SW for 11 weeks now and I've just shifted my first stone. Thing is I'm hardly sinning (38 this week) and working out 3 x a week yet I only lost half a pound. It seems when I'm bad I loose and when I'm good nothing happens. Getting a little demotivated now. Especially watching it...

    Mashed potato

    My favourite mash is one I use to top shepherds pie. 2/3 potato, 1/3 sweet potato, 2 tbspn half fat creme fraiche, salt, black pepper and grated Parmesan from hexa. Seriously delish! 2 syns for creme fraiche but I do enough for 2 and what's a syn between friends :o)
