There sure is a big difference between shop and what I call fresh eggs. An old local man sells fresh eggs....we love them and more often than not they have double yolks. They taste delicious and I used to love a soft boiled egg with lurpak dunked on the top and then toast soldiers dipped...

First one I got was in Tesco but had to ask someone as they had run out and not restocked the shelves. The other two I bought were from Sainsburys.

Just checked my mince which I bought today and it's lower in everything esp the sat fat per 100 g. It is extra lean steak mince from Sainsburys. I just make my own burgers out of the mince.
